We are excited to announce that WKF will be holding its 2025 WKF Spring Kendo Championship on
April 13, 2025.

• Gym Open at 7:00AM, Registration 8:00AM ~ 8:30AM

• 10 Years Old and Under Division
• 11 – 12 Years Old Division

• Senior Division (Over 55 Years Old)

The age of the 2025 WKF Spring Kendo Championship shall determine as of April
27th, 2025. The participation per player is limited to maximum 1 individual division,
maximum 1 team division.

RULES

1. Each individual is only eligible to participate in a single individual division.
2. We follow the COVID-19 Shiai Rules from the International Kendo Federation (FIK)
3. Time Rule
(*Encho: 연장, Hante : 판정, Tsuki : 찌름, Nito : 이도류, Jodan : 상단)
• Youth(18 years Old and Underage) and Adult Kyu(18 Years and Older Kyu) Division
- Round Robin - 2 Minutes and Hante
- Tournament Match - 3 Minutes plus 2 Minutes Encho, and Hante
- Semi-Final and Final round : 3 Minutes and Unlimited Encho
- Not allowed Tsuki, Nito, and Jodan.
• Women’s, Senior and All Dan Divisions : No Round Robin, 4 Minutes and Unlimited Encho
• Team Division : 3 Minutes
